Wear & Tear & Hanging out in the Bathroom

The other day after Anna ate breakfast and had been playing for a bit, I noticed these 'runners' in her sleeper (both knees) and I was thinking maybe in this case, they should be 'crawlers'. Only about a half an hour later, they had turned into these... guess I'll have to darn them. :D
And lately in some restrooms here and there, I have been enjoying these contraptions. Luckily, Anna likes them, too. I'm just wondering if they have a weight limit. :D

Mani/Pedi and Walking

Today Ang and I got to go get a mani/pedi while Mark kept Anna. It was delightful! Especially because we went to this fun place called Polished. I don't know if you can tell here, but we were in our own room with our own tv and there were 4 people in there working on us.Then this evening, we got Anna to perform on camera.

Visit with the Easter Bunny

Today we went to the mall and had our picture made with the Easter bunny. I couldn't believe she just sat there and smiled!! I don't think she actually looked up at the bunny :)

Hunting Eggs in the Neighborhood

Today our neighborhood had an Easter egg hunt. Here Anna is ready to go! 'Hey Mom... what am I supposed to do again?' 'This basket sure is heavy! Will you carry it for me?'
'I see some... which should I grab first?'
'This blue one looks good!'
'I'd better stop and smile for the camera!'
'Look at me! I've got three eggs in my basket!'

'Now I'd better take them out and look at them.'

'Mmmm... this one looks good enough to eat!'

We also got to ride the Texas backyard train! Whoo hoo! Anna didn't like it until it started moving.

'This is fun! Can we do it again?!?'

Anna has been taking a couple steps here and there, but she is usually tired by the time I get out the camera. I caught the tail end of some here.

Picnic and Playing with the Ducks

Yesterday, Anna and I strolled around an outside shopping mall for a bit and then at lunch time, decided to pick up a couple things at the nearby grocery store and eat our lunch outside by the little stream. Here's Anna enjoying her lunch. Then Anna got to get down and play with the duck statues. I guess she was trying to ride one here ?
