Froggie Anna!

A few nights ago, I realized Anna is plenty big for her tub, so I didn't need to put the towel under her to keep her from slipping. Once I took the towel out, she has been crazy kicking baby in the tub! I can barely catch a leg to wash it! :D

The Incredible Taco Shell

So, I have actually been doing fairly good dieting lately. But tonight, I decided to go to Fuddruckers. I did have the veggie burger, but splurged with the 'frings'. Frings are an order of half fries and half onion rings. Right... so, when my order was ready, I went to pick it up and this is what I saw...
I must admit that I have had frings before at a Fuddruckers... never have I seen them presented in such a way. As if the frings weren't bad enough... now we're going to pile them into a taco salad shell? Every time I see a taco salad these days, I think of a radio commercial praising the inventor of the taco salad... the '10,000 calorie salad'. So yeah, I thought this was the craziest thing I'd seen in awhile. And no, I didn't eat the shell... I just had to share this with you guys!! :D

Party Like its 1999 - The Lost Film

So, not long ago, my friend's sister happened to develop a roll of film found in a backpack... she thought it was hers. But no, it turned out to be the lost film of 1999. It contained some beauties I thought my readers might enjoy.

Wow... look at my shorts... and shoes... and shirt! Oh, I cropped my shoes, but they were some fairly high white sandals.

Rockin' and Rollin'

This morning I read in my book that it's about time for Anna to roll over... and that I should show her how... so, I gave her lots of tummy time today and we practiced rolling over both ways. Then tonight, we got back on our tummy and she got the hang of it!! She got onto her side, so I ran for the camera and captured her first roll! Exciting times... haha

A Trip to see Noel!!!

This is what Anna thought about the drive to College Station...Along the drive, as we were approaching an exit, Mark exited when he realized there was stand-still traffic just ahead. Then as we were driving along the frontage road and exclaiming on the huge line of stopped traffic, we started to see some interesting sights. Apparently, many of the cars in the stopped traffic decided it would be a good idea to drive through the grass to the frontage road... of course, we have had a lot of rain through here not long ago AND this was definitely not a level piece of terrain to be driving over... and so, we saw many MANY vehicles then stuck in the grass with tow trucks trying to pull them out. Here is one of the 18-wheelers that tried it. We also saw a car that apparently caught on fire while trying to drive through the grass. It was CRAZY! There were at least 8 vehicles stuck in the grass along the way. The funny thing is, the traffic on the interstate was moving by this time and we never saw what had caused the stopped traffic on the interstate... just all the crazy people that got stuck in the grass as a result! Oh and one 18-wheeler that was carrying 3 vans had also attempted this and was stuck with a tow truck trying to get it out.

But we did eventually make it to College Station and to Noel's house!! YEA!! Anna and Noel were so excited to meet and hang out. heehee Here is when I put Anna in Noel's chair and Noel on top of her. :D Don't they both look so excited??

We had a very nice visit Fri night and Sat with Noel and her parents! Thanks for having us! This is just a cute picture of Anna giving me a look. :)

Waking Up is Hard to Do...
