Hanging out with Papa

This afternoon it was so nice outside, we had to go enjoy it for a bit.  Anna had fun hanging out with Papa.

Today we went to Jefferson for lunch and several places we wanted to eat were closed on Wednesdays... so we ended up at this bar & restaurant that acutally had a good menu and good food... Auntie Skinner's.  Anna especially enjoyed performing on the stage for the sheriff and the old men.  She seemed to just know that once you got up there, you were supposed to sing and dance around.  heehee!

A Week in Waskom

Anna and I decided to come to Waskom while Mark had to work a week in Ohio.  We have been having fun so far!  Here was Anna helping Papa trim the trees.  She brought a stick in for JuJu.

And this morning she got to help JuJu make pancakes.  Mmmmm!  She even made a little bitty one for Elmo. :)

Latest Felt Project!

Here's my latest felt project... 5 dinosaurs, a palm tree, volcano and a little play mat with pockets to store the stuff!

Anna's Movin' on Up...

We're starting to get ready for Anna's big move upstairs... I'm thinking February or March.  Today I got her a shelf and put it together.  Isn't it cute?  You can also see the nice light lavender walls that my dad painted awhile ago.

Anna has had fun playing with new Christmas toys.  She enjoys pushing Elmo in her stroller and has tried sitting in it a few times.  I hope it doesn't have a weight limit!

Today we went with Auntie Ang to visit with her college buddies & their kids.  Anna had much fun... here she's saying goodbyes and she gets an extra special hug from Levi.  heehee

We had a great New Year's despite everyone feeling like a cold is coming on... and we are ready to see what 2010 will bring!!
