Latest Felt Project!

Here's my latest felt project... 5 dinosaurs, a palm tree, volcano and a little play mat with pockets to store the stuff!

Anna's Movin' on Up...

We're starting to get ready for Anna's big move upstairs... I'm thinking February or March.  Today I got her a shelf and put it together.  Isn't it cute?  You can also see the nice light lavender walls that my dad painted awhile ago.

Anna has had fun playing with new Christmas toys.  She enjoys pushing Elmo in her stroller and has tried sitting in it a few times.  I hope it doesn't have a weight limit!

Today we went with Auntie Ang to visit with her college buddies & their kids.  Anna had much fun... here she's saying goodbyes and she gets an extra special hug from Levi.  heehee

Playing in the Falling Snow

We had a couple hours of snow at our house yesterday, so I decided to let Anna play a little bit.  I think this is the first time she's been in snow.  She thought it was funny.  We wandered around a bit and tried to catch some in our mouths, but then Anna didn't want to keep her hood on, so that was it for snow play!  It was fun while it lasted!

And after opening everything and playing a little, she spontaneously got up and gave me a big hug... Mark caught it on video.   Then she went over and gave her Daddy a big hug.  It was sweet!

A Morning with Old Friends

This morning, some of my high school friends and kids met at Grammastine's house to party a bit.  We decorated a few cookies... and ate a few!

And exchanged a few presents... Anna loved her new mittens!
