Here Comes Peter Cottontail....

Here's the Carroll family and Anna's Easter basket... is Mark eating a piece of my hair?? And here's Stephen, Nicole and their cat, Max with Max's Easter basket!

And this one was from Easter dinner... this is Juan, my cousin Julie's husband holding his nephew, Nathan... who's my other cousin Gary's little boy. Uncle Juan seemed to have the magic touch... Nathan was starting to get unhappy and on the verge of a nice fit but stopped right away when Uncle Juan took him!

A Weekend in Arkansas

The long weekend in Arkansas was a lot of fun! At the consignment sale, I did actually get one item that was on my list (a bathtub) and also a nice backpack carrier... plus, a few clothing items. Anna also received some lovely hand-me-downs from her friend, Clara. She is going to be set as far as clothes! Here is a picture of the shoes we got at the sale :D

Mark is currently in Hawaii on business. He left Sunday and will be back tomorrow. I thought it was cute that he called and asked me if a size 2T dress would be too big for Anna for awhile. He was pretty sure it was, but was checking because he had to get a Hawaiian print shirt for his presentation and saw this little sundress in a matching print. :)

Tomorrow, I fly to Little Rock to visit my friend and go to the big baby consignment sale. It should be fun! And the hour long plane trip should feel like nothing after my recent trip!

IHOP... MMMMmmmmm

This morning, Anna decided she wanted pancakes from IHOP... so she asked her Daddy to take her... and of course he did! They were sooo yummy! I probably won't have to eat the rest of the day, though!!

Moving Right Along... 6 Month Update

I am now 6 months along and definitely look pregnant. When I went back to work after being gone 2 weeks, the co-workers commented that they could finally tell I was pregnant.

Let it Snow....

Sunday and Monday nights, we were in Waskom... and that was lovely, but apparently we missed the snow at our house!! This is what we came back to Tuesday afternoon... snow in Texas in March.... :)

Wow - Anna's got lots of stuff!

Anna has gotten several nice presents in the past couple of days. Today, she got her stroller/car seat from her Granny Jannie and Grandpa Ho-Ho. I put it together this afternoon and think I mostly understand how to use it :) Here, you can see I am ready to take the stuffed bunny for a walk. From her Papa & JuJu, she got her first piece of bedding - this is the cradle bumper. JuJu is working on the crib bumper, quilt and dust ruffle. Isn't it pretty? Also in the mail, from Mark's 'Aunt' Steph, Anna got a lovely crocheted blanket that you can see in her crib below.
